Sake Lovers, 2018

During my residency in Kamiyama, Japan I’ve encountered an old sake brewery. I gathered some old documents that was going to be destroyed. These documents included some bills which serves as record of the sake consumption habits of residents in the village. I drew some deviant and melancholic figures drinking sake on them.
